I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its incredible location just a short walk from the Superdome and other attractions. The room was spacious, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. However, I did have some issues with the noise levels in the hallways during the night, and I expected more given the price I paid. Communication about room issues could also have been better.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite satisfactory. The professional staff made check-in smooth and provided helpful local recommendations. The room was well-kept and the Regency club offered a decent selection of food. However, housekeeping services aren't automatic for longer stays, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The location is convenient, though getting around requires a bit of walking to Bourbon Street.
